  4. ∵ • Lighting in libraries: • Use fluorescent lamp • Natural light can not be fully used Causes of the Problem • Air condition system in libraries: • Specific humidity and temperature are needed to preserve books • Satisfy with readers’ needs

  5. ∴ Effects of the Problem Cost a lot of money No budget for collection Bad service to tax payer Close the library

  7. Results of the Solution Reduce energy consumption Saving budget for more collection Cater to people’s needs Taxpayer willing to pay for library service

  8. $ Drawback of the Solution • Investment in big amount of money • Sometime influence visual sense • Need a long time to retrieve input Short-term vision Long-term vision • Every drawback can be accepted
