Planetary dynamics, geodesy and cartography; spacecraft tracking; and mobilizing the amateur • To develop the infrastructure for European planetary scientists of mission planning products, with unified data formats, documentation, and interactive access. • To produce a European Centre for Planetary Dynamics, Geodesy and Cartography, linked to SA IDIS. • To produce a series of proof-of-concept and demonstrators for spacecraft tracking, linked to SA IDIS. • To empower Europe’s amateur astronomy infrastructure to make contributions to planetary science and collaborate with professional scientists.
