  2. INCEPTION Kitchen Contracting requires a complete solution from providing the material to a project execution to maintaining the machine for it’s complete life cycle. While the first 2 aspects are completed by several companies, the third and most important aspect of after sales was a big pain point. This feedback was unanimous among several existing clients of ours. AKS adopted a step by step strategy and invested in after sales before entering the project delivery and execution stage. Having done factory service for various brands, we are now replicating the good practices across all brands represented With a established team of engineers Pan India and expert project execution team on board, we are in a unique position to deliver what the Indian hotel industry deserves….a Complete Solution.

Who are we • Founded in 1995 as an engineering spares supplier to the hospitality industry • In short amount of time, became the first one stop source for engineering spares of all imported equipments spanning all global brands used in the hospitality sector • Evolved into a replacement equipment supplier mainly in the laundry and kitchen area • Developed into a laundry projects company with notable references like Sofitel Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Goa, Leela Udaipur, Leela Mumbai and Leela Goa • Formed the service wing of ITW FEG via ITW Parts and Service to ensure a smooth platform to initiate the Kitchen project business • Was appointed the Exclusive Retail partner for Hobart in India • Initiated the stock and sale model for Hobart Germany Dishwashers Pan India through a network of fabricators, consultants and end clients • Was awarded the complete turnkey kitchen project of Sahara Star Mumbai covering the Main Kitchen, 4 restaurants and the Banquet Hall

Sameer Sobti CEO With a computer science degree and Business Development as core interests, Sameer works in every aspect of the business to take AI/AKS to the next level. BK Singh Director – Projects Diverse Roles like Kitchen consultant with HPG Consulting, National Sales Manager with ITW food equipment group, General Manager projects with Middleby Celfrost , DGM with Sevens LLC., Dubai. Specialises in design, pricing, services, finance and logistics.

Who are we • Apex India started a specialized kitchen equipment service company with ITW Food Equipment Group, the parent company of leading brands like Hobart, Foster, Bonnet, Traulsen , Vulcan etc called ITW Parts and Service • ITW Parts and Service currently handles 120 AMC’s of hotels and other entities with presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and many more service locations under formation • Team strength of 30 factory trained engineers with backing of a strong backend team delivering service as per Global ITW brand standards • Competent Projects Team with experience in diverse fields comprising of coordinators, auto cad drawing team, coordinators to ensure smooth flow of project execution

AFTER SALES ACTIVITIES • Installation as per factory guidelines and approved layout drawings in coordination with engineering/project team. • Handover of the equipment post satisfactorily first run procedure. • Equipment demonstration and operation/ handling and cleaning training to user staff and technical training to engineering staff (if required). • Handover of the equipment with warranty certificated, handover reports, and operation and spare parts manuals in a complete binder file. • 24X7 active centralized complaint cell for complaint registration for problems facing related to equipment. • Prompt resolution of registered complaints and deployment of service engineers. • Professional after sales service support under warranty for ‘N’ number of breakdown calls and quarterly preventive maintenance as per factory provided exclusive preventive Maintenance checklist for each equipment group. • Efficient and effective warranty handling process for warranty claims results in faster deliveries of spares parts. • Team of two engineers are always standby for project warranty support.

  13. 9. Response time : A deadline of 24 hours response time for attending the complaint. • 10. Options of Service contracts packages post warranty completion :- • a. Non-Comprehensive Service Contract • b. Comprehensive Service Contract • c. Preventive Maintenance only Service Contract. • 11. Option for call basis service support for clients who do not have service contracts with us. • Training are provided by the professional trainers to our service engineers on a period of every three months , which assures of professional and precise service delivery. • Pre-Schedule for preventive maintenance for whole year on approval of user staff for our AMC clients ensures timely preventive maintenance. • 14. MIS reports for AMC clients with reports of spares consumption and how the services delivered has increase the life of the equipment. • 15. Feedback system to capture the feedbacks on the service delivered to the clients , which helps us to deliver the better services.
