  4. NMMS Schedule ERCOT will deploy Phase 1c to Early Delivery System (EDS) 2 for TSP testing and model verification. TSPs will be asked to verify data in NMMS model including new fields (e.g. ownership, Electrical Bus). TSP size will determine effort ERCOT will provide hands on training to TSP to convert over to NMMS from Service Requests (SR) http://nodal.ercot.com 4

  5. Release 1B Contents • Information Model Manager (IMM) • Project Tracker and Coordinator (PTC) • Auto One-Line Generator • Case/Model Builder • Transmission Network Applications (TNA) • Power Flow • State Estimator • Contingency Analysis • Topology Processor (to convert operations to planning models) • Planning Model On Demand (MOD) http://nodal.ercot.com 5

  6. Pre-FAT Tests Completed • Installed all NMMS Components • All IMM Test Cases were executed • Imported CIM XML full & incremental model file • Exported CIM XML incremental files • Validated file using IMM validation functions • All PTC Test Cases were executed • Input and Processed a NOMCR • Completed NOMCR processing from generation through approval stage • Uploaded a CIM XML incremental file • All Auto One-Line Generator Test Cases were executed • Generated a one-line diagram • Inserted changes • Tested graphics functions http://nodal.ercot.com 6

  7. Pre-FAT Tests Completed • All Case Builder Test Cases were executed • Created a Model • Exported CIM XML model file • Some TNA Test Cases were executed • Loaded Test Model into TNA • Ran Power Flow and it solved • Executed the Topology Processor • Pulled model from IMM • Ran the Topology Processor • Generated a RAWD file (PSS/E planning file) • No MOD Test Cases were executed http://nodal.ercot.com 7

  8. Test Results • The installation tests had several defects that will need to be corrected prior to the FAT test to be held at ERCOT during the weeks of July 9th and 16th. • 1 critical IMM defect was encountered and will be corrected prior to FAT delivery • 16 defects were noted in the PTC component tests; however, none were critical or fatal errors. • 4 defects were noted in the Auto One-Line Generator tests – none fatal • No defects were found in the Case Builder, TNA or Topology Processor test cases http://nodal.ercot.com 8
