What is a Chart of Accounts? • Numerical elements that represent information that is similar to TechFIM account numbers, Object / Subobject Codes, Revenue Source / Subrevenue Source Codes and Balance Sheet Accounts. • Composed of six elements: Fund, Organization, Account, Program, Activity and Location (FOAPAL). • Organizes financial transactions in a meaningful and reportable order
