  1. 2009-2010 Annual Fund

  2. As this new school year begins, we want to make sure that you know where your Annual Fund donations go.

  3. They provide computer upgrades that include new servers and a better technology network.

  4. Annual Fund dollars provided the wireless internet for the 54 faculty computer tablets given by the BPA and the 42 tablets purchased by the school.

  5. Annual Fund dollars provide funds for faculty to attend educational meetings and enhance their skills to better serve our students.

  6. Additional security items such as cameras, radios and gates were added to help keep our children and our school grounds safe.

  7. New signage was added to our campus to help parents, visitors and students find their way.

  8. Specific gifts to the Annual Fund were given by our alumni to purchase an all-terrain vehicle for Mr. Sam Pate.

  9. In past years, Annual Fund dollars were spent to purchase our fleet of school buses.

  10. Annual Fund money was spent to place telephones in all of our classrooms.

  11. Funding for the “AlertNow” system to notify parents of emergency or weather –related situations.

  12. The Annual Fund is used to bring speakers and other guests to our campus.

  13. It has purchased musical instruments for our band students and music classes.

  14. The Fund is often used to purchase artsupplies for our Fine Arts Programs.

  15. It puts gas in our buses to transport our students for field trips and athletic events.

  16. By making a donation to the Annual Fund, you make a difference in the lives of each of our students everyday.

  17. When you give a gift to the Annual Fund, you are helping to bridge the gap between what tuition covers and the actual cost of a Brookstone education.

  18. We need 100% parent participation!
