Service Goals 2014-2015 Membership:73 by June 30, 2015 currently 67 Foundation:Annual Giving $20+/member Major Donor/Benefactor Yearly Service:Best Use of Funds/Worthy Causes International: Participate in World Peace Initiative Public Relations: Develop community awareness of Rotary through service, awareness, & projects Leadership: Develop Leaders to Serve club/beyond Rotary Club of Indialantic

Membership Goals 2014-2015 • Grow our membership by 7 new members & maintain retention * Acquire prestigious speakers * Seek out prospects in our area… find one, invite one, engage one * Look for diverse vocations to include such as medical, retail etc. • Pre-Qualify before recommending new members to the Board. Quality NOT Quantity. Real Rotarians vs. Resume Rotarians • Develop and deploy a mentoring committee to engage new members • Encourage Vocation in meetings, this is not forbidden • Inspire members to be engaged with club functions • Contact prior members and see if they would like to visit and possibly rejoin • Monitor Attendance, establish absentee contact procedures, make up options and leave of absence guidelines. FIND ONE, INVITE ONE, ENGAGE ONE

  7. Foundation Goals 2014-2015 • Annual Program Fund Contribution $ 8,710 (67x avg. $ 130) • Permanent Fund Contribution One major Donor • Polio Contribution: $ 2,000 Rotary Club of Indialantic

Club Service Goals 2014-2015 • Review the club’s current and ongoing service projects to confirm the best use of our funds in meeting local, global, and membership needs. • Engage all members in the club’s service projects. • Recognize worthy engagement by members in service/charitable activities • Identify a possible club to partner in an international service project and review possibilities of seeking matching grants. • Involve the Satellite High Interact Club with our club projects & us in thiers • Plan involvement possibilities in RYE • Looking for 2 more host families • Set up International Program Committee to manage projects such as International Toast, Rotary Youth Exchange etc. • Replace Rotary signs at Nance Park and on A1A. Obtain a Peace pole Rotary Club of Indialantic

Club Public Relations Goals 2014-2015 • Check with clear channel to see if we can get some free or discounted time on signs not in use • Be involved with events like WW5K where 800+ community people be touched by Rotary in one event • Obtain a list of contacts for local PR targets, Viera Voice, Hometown News etc. • Develop and nurture good media contacts and consider possibility of monthly press bulletins. Club Administration Goals 2014-2015 Committee to meet at least quarterly to: • Ensure compliance of operational procedures with clubs by laws • Formalize budgetary process & report at each club assembly. • Keep all records current and report on time. • Maintain website along with social media sites and encourage greater use by members. • Continue to exercise creativity in development/content of club newsletter & media outlets Rotary Club of Indialantic

Leadership Goals 2014-2015 Grow Leadership at Club Level and Beyond • Leadership Development Programs ~ RLI • All Chair committees attend District Assembly • Invite new members onto committees • Stimulate member interest in service participation (especially new members) • Get input and buy into Club Leadership Plan • Have members take responsibility for goal achievement Rotary Club of Indialantic
