TED BUNDY LIFE HISTORY AND FAMILY HISTORY • Born November 24, 1946(1946-11-24) Burlington, Vermont • Bundy was born Theodore Robert Cowell • His mother was Eleanor Louise Cowell (known for most of her life as Louise). • The identity of his father has never been determined with certainty. • His official birth certificate assigns paternity to a salesman and Air Force veteran named Lloyd Marshall, • DIED January 24, 1989(1989-01-24) (aged 42)

  3. AGE AT TIME OF MURDES • His first crime: was at age 24 • he killed two women in Atlantic City, NJ in 1969 while visiting family in Philadelphia • He is not alive today because he was killed by the electric chair at the age of 42

ARRESTS • Bundy was arrested in August 1975 by a Utah Highway Patrol officer in Granger. after he failed to pull over for a routine traffic stop • The officer, searched his car; he found a ski mask, a second mask fashioned from pantyhose, a crowbar, handcuffs, trash bags, a coil of rope, an ice pick, and other items initially assumed to be burglary tools • On October 2, 1975, detectives put Bundy in a lineup before DaRonch, who immediately identified him as "Officer Roseland". • The witnesses from Bountiful picked him from the same lineup as the stranger lurking about the high school auditorium • There was insufficient evidence linking him to Debra Kent (whose body was never found),

Trial & Sentence • Conviction: Murder, Aggravated kidnapping • Sentence d was Death by Execution by electric chair for all his killings • Mug shot taken the day after sentencing for the murder of Kimberly Leach (State Archives of Florida) • Ted Bundy died in the Raiford electric chair at 7:16 a.m. Eastern time on January 24, 1989
