Ref: OneSAF Requirements Prioritization Process MOA, 10 May 2005, signed by CAC-CG and domain agents / action agents • Process: TPO collects user requirements from the domains and routes them, in order, to: • Requirements Integration Board (RIB): • LTC / GS-13 Level delegates of TPO / Domains • Perform initial review and integration of requirements into draft Prioritized • Requirements List (PRL) OneSAF Requirements 2. TPO OneSAF provides PRL to PM OneSAF for “ROM” based on programmed funding. This process, coupled with co-developer code and PTR Fixes determines the capabilities in the next version. • 3. Requirements Prioritization Board (RPB): • COL / GS-15 level domain delegates • Chaired by TPO OneSAF • Recommend Army-wide requirements for OneSAF improvements • Finalize the Prioritized Requirements List (PRL)

  4. Requirements Generation Process Domain Internal Requirements Generation: ACR, RDA, TEMO gather requirements from their customers. RDA Customer A RDA Customer B RDA Customer C Throughout the Year ACR RDA TEMO Domains provide their consolidated list of requirements to TPO OneSAF ~ NLT Mid-April OneSAF Draft PRL TPO OneSAF merges three lists into a single list called the Draft OneSAF Priority Requirements List, with a best guess prioritization, and send to domains ~ NLT End of April
