  4. Chamberof lords The chamber of lords consists of spiritual lords; lords - lawyers; hereditary peers; lifelong peers. Lord chancellor is appointed the monarch according to the proposal of the prime minister. Lifelong peers are appointed the monarch from the persons having big merits before Corona.

  5. House of Commons The House of Commons is chosen direct elections for a period of 5 years. The person, wishing to stand, has to submit "to the official at elections" the document on promotion and bring an election pledge.
