  2. Ukraine is one of the largest countries of Eastern Europe.Ukraine occupies an area of 603,700square kilometers.

  3. It borders on Russia, Byelorussia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova.The Black Sea washes the country in the South and the Sea of Azov washes it in the south-east.

  4. Ukraine is a country of many rivers.The most important rivers are the Dniper, the Dniester, the Danube,the Desna, the Southern Buh,and the Siversky Donets.

  5. The biggest Lake in Ukraine isLake Yalpuh and the deepestone is Lake Svityaz.

  6. There are the Carpathian Mountains with the highest peak Hoverla(2,061 m high) in the west and the Crimean Mountains with the highest peak Roman- Kosh (1,545 m high) in the south.

  7. Yaremcha is the best place to visit in Ukraine! The mountains are the highest and the most beautiful. The air is the cleanest in Yaremcha.

  8. Do you know that the geographical centre of Europe is situated not far from Rakhiv, a town in Western Ukraine.

  9. It is the well-known Museum of Folk Art in Kolomiya.

  10. The Ascania-Nova Nature Reserve in the southern Ukraine.
