Word 2007 Fix • Save the macro files AQ2_Macro.bas & AQ2_SavePDF.bas, to your hard drive. • Start Word 2007 • Press Alt-F11 (Visual Basic Editor) • Right-click Normal and select Import File • Point to AQ2_Macro.bas you saved and Import it • Right-click Normal and select Import File • Point to AQ2_SavePDF.bas you saved and Import it, too • Press Ctrl-S (or File - Save Normal) • Close the VB Editor

  3. Word 2007 Fix • Press Alt-F, then i (shows Word Options) • Click Customize • Select Macros in “Choose commands from” • You’ll see the AQ2_Fix Macro • Select it and click Add (or double-click it) • Do the same for the Save_As_PDF macro

  4. Word 2007 Fix • Select each Macro and click Modify • Here, you can rename it and select an icon for your toolbar • That’s it… • Now, when you generate an AQ2 Quote, just click the new Icon and line spacing will be single-spaced and the modified document will be Saved. • Click the Save_As_PDF Icon and your quote will be saved as a PDF in the same folder where the Word Quote resides.
