Per a poder participar a la convocatòria de comissions de servei per al curs 2011-2012 serà requisit tenir sol·licitat, llevat de casos excepcionals a valorar per la Comissió que determini susdita convocatòria, plaça en aquest concurs de trasllats per a la localitat o localitats on es sol·licita la comissió de serveis, i no haver-hi desistit.
