  4. Frunza verde de spanac • Este buna la stomac; • Iar salata neaparat, • Face bine la ficat!

  5. Morcovii, cartofii, varza • Ardeii, fasole boabe • Au pornit si ele hora!

  6. Oricum ar fi consumate: • Fierte crude, toate, toate • Sunt izvor de sanatate!

  7. Ghicitori despre fructe • Să vă spun o ghicitoareDespre ceva de mâncare:Crude sau puse la fiertSe consumă ca desert,Le doreşte orişicine • Că-s pline de vitamine

  9. Verde la început • Roşie pe măsură • Ce soarele o încălzeşte • Fragedă sau în dulceaţă • Are-un gust minunat

  11. Mingişioare roşioare • Strălucesc frumos la soare, • Cu codiţele perechi, • Să le pui după urechi.
