  2. Dr. Vincent Rager's profile speaks volume. He is an influential psychologist best-known for his clear focus – that is to help individuals who are either in hospitals or prisons.

  3. He believes that these people need psychological help the most. His prime reason for serving this population was not only serving them but also helping to prevent future victims of crime.

  4. Vincent Rager has provided individual psychotherapy for diverse, at-risk clients recently released from prison on parole and probation with a variety of co-occurring mental disorders, psychosocial issues, chronic medical conditions, prison to mainstream society acculturation issues, and social, academic, and career skills needs at a job skill and placement center setting.
