  2. 一、熱忱~ • We are smart than me. • 學校教育(教師)是極具意義的。

  3. 二、教學思維要轉變~ • 教育方式要改變：key word, guide, key point • 教學方式要創新：搖醒課程決定 了解意義、思維更新、創新 (手機、電腦) • 任何創新都比不上『思維創新』

  4. 三、教學現場要改變~ • 教科書不是唯一的教材（課外閱讀課內化，讀報、童書） • 教師不是唯一的知識來源(報章、同儕、網路等等，五歲的恐龍專家學童自主學習） • 從給知識到給舞台~設計『做中學』機會(怎麼敎比敎什麼重要)

  5. 四、相關政策分享~ • 課綱微調 • 閱讀理解推廣~一、教師提問能力 二、訊息理論對應好問題 三、改變教室中的問與答(一個角度兩個支持、正反兩面…)

  6. 五、結語~ • 能改變思維，嘗試新做法。 • 引導學童自主學習。 • 達成老師輕鬆教，學生快樂有效學。
