    1. Geheugenpolikliniek Gesprek met verpleegkundige, NPO en MRI-scan Multidisciplinair overleg internist ouderengeneeskundige, neuroloog, neuroradioloog, psychiater en neuropsycholoog.

    2. Onderzoeken: Verpleegkundigspreekuur Anamnese Beeldvormend laboratorium onderzoek

    3. Objectiveren van achteruitgang in functioneren in de verschillende cognitieve domeinen. Oriëntatie, taal, geheugen, aandacht, rekenen, praxis, abstract redeneren en visuoperceptie. Onderzoeken: Neuropsychologisch onderzoek

    4. CAMDEX-R/N Gestructureerde vragenlijst met de patiënt. Verkorte neurologische onderzoek MMSE, CAMCOG. Gestructureerde vragenlijst voor de familie of direct betrokkene Onderzoeken: Neuropsychologisch onderzoek

    5. Beeldvorming ter uitsluiting van neurochirurgische aandoeningen, tumoren en voor het aantonen van Vasculaire schade. Onderzoek: MRI
