Data Management • Link to well-established Florida Coastal Everglades LTER program’s information management system • Implement protocols to handle research contributions from project collaborators • Collect and archive project research data • Provide comprehensive metadata for data interpretation • Design and implement web-based tools that facilitate project data management, data discovery, and data access • Data protection • Nightly incremental backups to backup server • Weekly full backups to 2 sets of external drives, one set stored offsite • Nightly syncs of servers to identical servers at Northwest Regional Data Center • Projected data • tabular fish population and physical field measurements, physical and chemical transects, climate time series data, tabular economic data, hydrology data, soil carbon data, survey-based social science data, and GIS shapefiles

Data Management • Hydro-economic optimization model • Michigan Technological University, with nightly incremental backups, weekly full backups, and monthly archival in the FCE IMS • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Hydrologic Engineering Center Data Storage System, or HEC-DSS • Social science data (Mozumder and Bhat) • Survey design, behavioral data collection and economic modeling • Secure environment/data stored in password protected hard drives • UF • Participant responses regarding the selection of decision criteria and evaluation of water resource model outcomes regarding the economic value of ecosystem services under various future scenarios of climate, land use, population, and economics
