  3. 420 vehicles • 850 employees • 100% temperature controlled transport • Core business is food distribution • We provide distribution centers en their stores • Most of the products are daily fresh • We also do frozen goods • Most of the work is physical distribution

Many different body works • Isolated body works with doors or tail-lift closing • Low noise applications • More compartments with different temperature • Different refrigeration machines • Body work with tail-lift • Securing of cargo • Accessibility town centers • LHV (Long and Heavy Vehicles)

  11. Our work is difficult ! Assurance company is judging our marked with 70% chance for damage! For this kind of work is that the standard for everyone! It’s for sure that this kind of distribution is a very difficult job!

  12. We need truck drivers too operate with • Different kind of refrigeration machines. • With a tail-lift (safety) • Digital tagograph • Board computers • Professional knowledge code 95 • Haccp rules • Bill of loading • Searching addresses • Communication

  13. They only way too do this job properly is: • Working with truck drivers with the right skills and experience! • Working with truck drivers who are willing too learn the right skills ( mentality ) • The right professionalism
