Your unique website address • When advertising the site, you have to use a unique addresswww.MyLTCCash.com/YourUoOAgentNumber • The website sends quote requests and information requests to the email address listed in our database with that agent number To Do: Call Marketing Support at 800-842-7799 Verify they have my correct email address in their database and that I have been appointed with UoO and have my agent number.

If working with another agency that is contracted with UoO • Use THEIR agent number in the unique addresswww.MyLTCCash.com/TheirUoOAgentNumber • Send an email to support@myltccash.com providing: • Their UoO agent number • Their email address and your email address • Quote requests will be emailed to the agency with a copy to you listing the agency’s UoO number • Makes working with multiple agencies easy

If working with another agency that is not contracted with UoO • Inform your Regional Director providing: • The agency name • Their email address and your email address • We will email you an agent number for the agency • Use THEIR agent number in the unique addresswww.MyLTCCash.com/TheirUoOAgentNumber • Quote requests will be emailed to the agency with a copy to you listing the agency’s UoO number • Makes working with multiple agencies easy
