Development since 2008 • Wardens Service developed from neighbourhood operations, to introduction of enforcement responsibilities to community safety partners • November 2010 report to Council • Led to introduction of hub and spoke model - Collocation of key services • Improved coordination and tasking • Improved intelligence and problem assessment • Ongoing development of daily and monthly tasking • Full integration through Community Plan Safer and Stronger Theme Board • Council led – Partnership delivery • Wider public protection remit and responsibilities • Links to Serious Organised Crime
