  2. Dress Code • The purpose of the dress code is to uphold the professional image of the association and its members for the business world.

  4. Business Suit with Collar Dress Shirt and Necktie

  5. Sport Coat, Dress Slacks, Collar Shirt and Necktie

  6. Dress slacks, collar shirt, and necktie

  7. A banded collar shirt may be worn, but only if sport coat or business suit is worn. Banded Collar

  8. Dress Shoes and Socks

  9. FEMALESAppropriate Dress

  10. Business Suit With or Without a Blouse

  11. Business Pantsuit With or Without a Blouse

  12. Skirt or Dress Slacks with Blouse or Sweater

  13. Business Dress It’s ok to wear a sleeveless dress.

  14. Dress Shoes Pumps Open-toe Dress “Mules” Slingbacks

  15. Inappropriate Attire for Both Men and Women

  16. NO Jewelry in Visible Body Piercing, Other Than the Ears

  17. NO Denim or Chambray Fabric

  18. NO Shorts or Skorts

  19. NO Exercise/Bike Shorts, Stretch/Stirrup Pants

  20. NO Backless, See-through, Tight-fitting, Spaghetti Straps, Strapless, Extremely Short Skirts/Dresses, Low-Cut Blouses/Tops

  21. NO T-Shirts, LycraTM, Spandex, Midriff Tops, Tank Tops, Bathing Suits

  22. NO Latest Trends (Keep These “Baby Dolls” for your non-conference activities)

  23. NO Visible Foundation Garments

  24. Sandals of Any Kind Shoes You Don’t Want to Wear

  25. NOAthletic Shoes/Sneakers, Industrial Work Shoes, Hiking Boots, Bare Feet, Clogs, or Over-the-Knee Boots Shoes You Don’t Want to Wear

  26. NO Hats or Flannel Fabric Clothing

  27. NO Bolo ties or Visible Foundation Garments What is a bolo tie? A bolo tie is a cord fastened around the neck with an ornamental clasp and worn as a necktie.
