  1. HC Dismisses Mining Ban Orders In Respect Of Two Mining Firms: VV Mineral Mining

  2. Madras High Court has concluded that the stoppage of mining order issued by the Tamil Nadu government to VV Minerals is illegal and should immediately be reverted. http://vvmineral.wordpress.com

  3. Justice T Raja has ordered that a new committee be formed for a probe in a fair manner and he also announced that the committee will be led by HC Judge Justice Vinod Kumar Sharma. http://vvmineralmining.wordpress.com

  4. As for the reports submitted on other mining quarries of the area, by the previously appointed committee which was led by IAS Officer Gagandeep Singh Bedi, are still held to be true and official. http://vvmineral-mining.blogspot.in

  5. However, Gandeep Singh Bedi’s findings about VV Minerals are being questioned after it was found that he has relations with the rivals of the said mining company.

  6. Senior Counsel GopalSubramaniam also submitted a probe report and says, "VV Minerals has rightly invoked the rule of 'bias' on the ground that Bedi is biased and prejudiced against them and as such, he could not have been chairperson of the special committee." http://vvmineralmining.blogspot.in

  7. Justice Raja dismissed the findings of Gagandeep Singh Bedi since he offered personal hearings only to the rivals of VV Minerals such as Dhayadevadas. http://vvmineralblog.wordpress.com

  8. Gagandeep had arbitrarily refused to extend a benefit of personal hearing to VV Minerals along with another company. http://vvmineral.wordpress.com

  9. Since VV Minerals had filed a complaint against Gagandeep Singh Bedi in 97-98 to the National Human Rights Commission, there is a high possibility that he was biased against S Vaikundarajan and VV Minerals. http://vvmineralmining.wordpress.com
