  3. 3D View • Easy navigation using mouse • Default realistic textures with shading • Selection by clicking in 3d • Complete customization :Color, texture, texture dimensions, opacity, fitting • Easy texture selection (default provided, jpg, bmp, gif textures may be used) • Quick application of uniform textures • Easy deletion of walls and objects. • Adjustable wall height • Auto ceiling and floors • Multistorey building option • Front view for each wall available • Full screen mode available

Objects • Predefined objects similar to real objects with default textures • Made quickly by a Two-click process in 3d (as opposed to manually giving height width) • Selectable by clicking in 3d, edit the whole object or just the face selected • All textures can be changed, colors assigned, opacity, texture dimensions, fitting • Windows & Doors - are made on a wall, any no of windows or doors, can be opened and closed at various angles • Translucent or opaque (user choice) with desired design • Tables, Chairs, Couches, Boxes • -Default textures(quick),Easy 3D translation & Rotation, Levitation • -Height altered maintaining their proper proportions • -Make many out of one • Deleted with click of a button

Virtual Tour • Easily defined path in 2d plan • Camera follows path in 3d and turns appropriately • Cover all the floors • Speed adjustment • Camera height, wall height, deletion can be adjusted while tour • Full screen mode available with current location and floor indication • Gives inside/outside view, used a final viewing tool

Quicke • Can design whole multistorey house within minutes to a desired amount of detail • The complete design can be saved and loaded including 2d, 3d and virtual tour. • Editing done in 3d view so user can quickly, create and see at the same time how things look • Highly user friendly and elegant interface • Stable
