Lessons • How good is good enough? • Build public policies and stablish by Law, through a participatory process (include all sectors), • Learn from others (Governments, NGOs, Institutions, Researchers, etc), • Define governance system to guarantee the continuity of the public policies for environmental services (stability and governance), • Time to develop vs time to implement vsparticipatory process • Be patient and persistent: participatory process demands time , are not easy, depends on multiple variables to be effective.
