Bilang Isang Congressman Bilang isang Congressman ng Distrito II, Marikina City, prioridad kong ipatupad ang: • Epektibong sistema ng konsultasyong sa mamamayan sa mga (1) mga isyu nais iparating ng tao sa Kongreso; (2) batas na pinag-uusapan sa Kongreso; at (3) pag-paprioridad at paggamit ng pondo lalo na ng Pork Barre (P65 M)l. Unang prioridad: PANGKABUHAYAN (micro-finance; training, atbp.) at EDUKASYON (day care; tutorials; atbp.) • PAANO: Satellite offices; Regular na pagpulongan; Surveys; FGDs, etc. • Pag-ulat ng ng salaping tinanggap sa Kongreso at paano ito ginamit. • PAANO: Website; regular na ulat at pagpupulong; pagsumite ng mga ulat. • Pagpapalakas ng mga samahan (HOA; Schools; Churches; TODAs; atpb.) sa distrito. • PAANO: Satellite offices binubuo ng mga samahan at may regular na pagpupulong. • Pagsasanay sa Leadership, Strategic Planning; at Good Governance

Bilang Isang Congressman Mga Prioridad na Batas (Bukod sa mga lalabas na Isyu sa mga konsultasyon): • Pagtataas ng ‘budget share’ ng educkasyon ng 10% o higit pa. • Pagtibay/ pagtatag ng mga “day care centers” sa bawat purok hindi lang barangay. • Pagbabawal ng paglalagay ng pangalan o larawan ng mga kasapi ng pamahalaan sa mga programa’t proyektong napondohan ng kaban ng bayan. • Pagbabawal ng pagsabit ng mga tarpaulin, posters, atbp na may pangalan o larawan ng mga tao pampublikong pook maliban sa takdang araw ng panganampanya. • Mga batas na pang kalikasan (pro-environment) at makatao (pro social justice.)
