INTRODUCCION • Técnicas de Estudio • Técnicas de tomar apuntes • Tomar bien los apuntes en clase (el método 5R) • Sabías que.... • Sentarse en la primeras filas es muy productivo.... tomarás mucho mejor tus apuntes. • Los apuntes ayudan a reforzar tu atención sobre lo que dice el profesor. La propia acción de tomar unas notas refuerza nuestra capacidad de prestar atención. • Aprendemos a fijarnos en detalles que más tarde seremos capaces de recordar a través de nuestros apuntes. • Sabremos la importancia que le concede un profesor a un tema, una cuestión... Más allá de lo que recogen nuestros libros. • Los alumnos que toman apuntes y los toman bien tienen garantizado el éxito en un porcentaje muy elevado respecto de los que no los toman (o lo hacen de forma muy deficiente...).
