In warehouse, Undergraduate applicant is not a matriculant until enrollment deposit is received or waived. • “Matric” when final action is ADM and Reply=1 (“Yes”) • Reply < > 1 until replied “yes” AND deposit received/waived • Between actual reply & payment receipt/waiver , looks like “No reply” . • UG office can always see which applicants replied “Yes” regardless of deposit/waiver . • UG office counts of “admitted, replied yes” and your counts may be different.
