  4. The hospitals reporting over time have changed so it is difficult to make conclusions from the trend line. • 9 hospitals have made a reduction in their falls with injury rate. • 7 of the 9 have exceeded the goal of 40% reduction from their 2010 baseline to Q2 2012.
