  2. Release 5.3 New Features • New “Attention To” Field • Redesigned Shopping Cart, Requisition and PO Navigation • Easier editing of Shortcode, Dept Ref# and Ship To During Shopping Cart Review • Plant Fields are removed

New “Attention To” Field • “Deliver Name” and “Deliver To” fields have been removed a New “Attention To” field has been added that allows for 30 characters. • Ship To information in users Profile have been converted to the New “Attention To” Field (Deliver To and Deliver Name have been combined into the “Attention To” for all addresses listed in a users profile.

  4. New “Attention To” Field User should review Ship To information within their profile to make sure that the new “Attention To” field has been updated correctly. “Attention To” Field should be populated with a room number and a deliver to name New “Attention To” Field

Redesigned Shopping Cart, Requisition, and PO Navigation • M-marketsite 5.3 brings a redesigned navigation offering a more efficient screen display of the shopping cart, requisition, and PO. • Benefits: • Easier editing of Shortcode, Dept Ref# andShip To During Shopping Cart Review • Shopping cart items are grouped by supplier for easier review

Redesigned Shopping Cart • Items will be grouped by supplier for easier review • Users can change Cart Name, Shortcode and Dept Ref# on the Edit Cart or Review Cart screens • Shortcode & Dept Ref # can be entered free form or form profile values on the Edit Cart or Review Cart screens • Ship To information can be changed or updated on the Review Cart screen • Line Item History is now viewed using the dropdown navigation • Any cart errors will be highlighted with a Yellow box and Red text

The search covers orders for the past 120 days. You may use this feature to contact other individuals in the organization who have purchased the same product in the past. 2.) Plant Fields Removed • Plant users should use the Department Reference Number to capture plant field information • Work Request • Work Phase • Work Code • Employee • Department Reference Number format for plant fields: • Entire work request string with colons to separate the fields. • Work Request:Work Phase:Work Code:Employee
