Daily Schedule Extra Pullouts include: P.E., Music, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Library, 1st grade buddies
Common Core Language Arts- Reading, Comprehension, Writing, Spelling, Grammar, Figurative Language Mathematics- 9 Math Units, Soaring through Math (medal for 7th level) Science- Electromagnetism, Ecosystems, Rocks and Minerals Social Studies- California: Regions, People, History, and Mission
Homework • Homework is an effort grade. • Homework binder • Reading is 20 minutes a night/RAH • Math • Parent signature • 3 baseball for HW excuse.
Grading • Assessments (Summatives) • Tests and Quizzes • Graded Work • Feel free to ask anytime about grades. • Weekly Progress Report 4= 100-90% 3+=85-89% 3=80-84% 3-=75-79% 2+=70-74% 2=65-69% 2-=60-64% 1= 0-59%
