Re-Establishing Nutrition Services • Chartwell’s Contract Terminated: June 20, 2009 • District Supervisor Begins: June 1, 2009 • Applegate Co-op Bid Established for 08/09 • Central Office Restructure & Remodel • Develop and Produce Marketing Plan & Logos • Create Menu(s) • Develop and Write Recipes • Establish Contracts for Bread, Milk & Produce • Automation: SNAP POS, SNAP BOH, F&R Scanner • 10 Positions Vacant – 3 managers

  3. Continuing Challenges • April 6th-10th: ODE Audit • Develop Written Procedures, Policies & Protocol • Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point • Establish Contract for 09-10 Prime Vendor • Age of Facilities and Equipment
