  8. Inclusiveness • What is Diversity and Inclusiveness? • Why are they important to a team? • How might Inclusiveness work for you and others?

  10. Why Are The Two Important? • Increase in more types of disabilities • Demographic shifts • As diversity increases, the complexity of being inclusive increases

  11. What happens when Diversity and Inclusiveness meet? • More skills used to ACHIEVE SUCCESS • Experience is RICHER FOR ALL • Everyone feels VALUED & APPRECIATED

  12. What happens when Diversity without Inclusiveness exists? • Isolation • Hostility • Lack of Communication and Cooperation • Conflict

Inclusiveness Indicators • Does Everyone understand & agree on what SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE? • Are You Aware How Others Are Doing? • Are You Teaching Each Other Skills? • Are You Supporting One Another? • Are You Helping One Another? • Are You Celebrating Each Other’s Successes? • Is Everyone Contributing & Growing?

Process – How are the activities and their sequence supposed to work? 4. Interpersonal Relationships – How are people getting along? Are they griping?
