  4. §Sales Promotion integral card • one cup one score , 30 scores/ one special mug with logo and the customers‘ name (use your mug to enjoy the free coffee in our activity day) • You can get a cup of coffee 50% after you set every 20 scores since you got a mug.

  5. §Publicity invite the coffee experts to give some good comments §Word of mouth require waiters / waitresses etiquette training, try to make good impression on customers and make good relationship with them.
