  1. Plastic Surgery How Plastic surgery could involve many different techniques to move and manipulate body tissue such as: skin graft, tissue expansion, and flap surgery. Skin grafts are done when skin is removed from an unaffected area (healthy skin) and is used to cover a damage area of the body.Tissue expansion this is when extra skin can then be used to help reconstruct the nearby areas. Flap surgery involves the transfer of a living piece of tissue from one part of the body to another, along with the blood vessels that keep it alive. Why There are many different reason to get plastic surgery. Some people get surgery for cosmetic reasons so they can fit into what society normality to be beautiful. Others get cosmetic surgery for injuries they have obtained during an accident. My uncial reaction was I can see why people with injuries get plastic surgeries, but with people who get surgery to try to enhance their own beauty I still find to be a waste.
