Student Society of Health-System Pharmacy • Mission: • to make students aware of pharmacy practice in health systems • provide information to students about career directions in and credentials needed for pharmacy practice in various health systems • to encourage membership and participation in the South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists as a student and upon graduation.

7. ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition Reimbursement • Fill out reimbursement form and attach receipts • Attend 1 fall SSHP meeting • Volunteer 2 hours during the fall semester in SSHP events • Hope Lodge (1 hour for bringing food item &2 hours for cooking dinner) • Crisis Ministries (3 hours at the clinic) • Bake Sale (1 hour for bring baked good &1 hour helping out at the bake sale)

8. Volunteering at Crisis • Great way to get involved • Practice your counseling skills • Improve your clinical knowledge • Interprofessional experience

9. Crisis Ministries • Weekly clinic on Wednesday evenings • 5:30-8:30pm • Directions included with calendar • P1’s usually paired with P2/3/4 • Join the Crisis Ministries Committee (gandyje@musc.edu)
