Objectives • To determine members’ and non members’ opinion on adding a driving range to the Meadows • To determine possible pricing strategies for a new driving range • To determine what the golfers think of the pro shop • To determine what the golfers think of the bar & restaurant • To determine the members’ opinion on the course conditions

  4. Methodology • Included surveys in the membership-renewal packages • Passed out surveys at the members dinner • Handed out surveys to non-members who have golfed at the Meadows. • Conducted a few personal interviews

  5. Quantitative Methodology • Created two surveys • Members and Non members • Rating the Meadows • Opinions on a new driving range

  10. Recommendations • The Meadows should invest in a driving range based on the significant demand • Members would use a driving range • Most non-members would use it as well • Over 75% of members would accept membership fee increase • 75% of non-members would become a member of The Meadows
