Upload to Screencast • Click “Share via screencast.com” button to upload files • You will see a message indicating the upload is complete at the upper right corner of the screen. • Paste the URL to email, Blackboard, or other medium to share the video or image. The URL is already stored in the computer clipboard so you do not need to copy anything. To paste, use the key combinations: on Mac, use command+V ; on PC, use control+V

  3. Copy Embed Code from Screencast • Login to http://screencast.com • Double-click the JING folder • Locate the video to be used andclick the share icon • At the next screen, clickthe html code under “Embed on your page” • Use the key combinations to copyMac: command + CPC: control + C

  4. Embed JING in Blackboard 1 • Copy embed code from screencast • Login to Blackboard to where you want to embed a JING video • Choose Add an item • Provide a name for this item

  5. Embed JING in Blackboard 2 • At the toolbar, click once on the symbol for “Toggle HTML source mode” • At the space for text use the key combinations to paste the html code:Mac: command + V; PC: control + V • Click “Submit” to complete this step and you should see the embedded video. • Video tutorial: http://bit.ly/c0KOmN

  6. Embed JING in Blackboard Wiki 1 • Copy embed code from screencast • Create a wiki in Blackboard • At the module that you want to create a wiki • Switch to Edit View • Select “wiki” from the Learning Unit menu • Click “GO” • Provide a Name • Click Submit and then OK.

  7. Embed JING in Blackboard Wiki 2 • Access the wiki by clicking “View” under the wiki name • Click “Edit” to enter the wiki page • At the toolbar, click “Edit HTML source Editor” button to paste the code and then click the “Save” button to complete the step.

  8. Embed JING in PBWorks • In the edit mode, choose “HTML/Java Script” from the Insert menu • Paste the html code* • Check the box for “AllowJava script” • Click Next &Insert Plugin • Save the page *Mac: command +V PC: Control + V

  9. Upload to YouTube 1 *Create an account with YouTube first • Click the Customized button to add the YouTube button to the tool bar • Choose New • Select YouTube • Enter username & password • Click Save & Close

  10. Upload to YouTube 2 • Next time when you are done recording a video, you shall see the YouTube button at the toolbar • Click the YouTube button to upload a video
