Moving Forward • Talking to other customers to understand staffing/resource needs • Follow-up demos, testing and inquiries of vendors. • Explore vendor-hosted (SaaS) models more fully. • Develop full cost of ownership and implementation plan. • Preliminary plan – vendor hosted, pilot and incremental rollout • Select a product by end of the year and plan for a Jan/Feb pilot.
