  2. Go to DCC website. Using the following address. www.dcc.edu.sa Click on DCCRegistration System button. Step 1 NOTE: For each step please read the text then follow the arrow.

  3. If you are using the Registration System for the first time, it is recommended that you change your password. Click on Change password, or go to Step 5 Step 2 Step 3 Enter your User Name in UserName text area and your temporary password in the Old Password text area. Enter your New password here and retype it below to confirm the password. Then Click the Change button to change the password.

  4. Step 4 Sign In Sign in Using your UserName and New Password. Step 5 Click the ENTER button opposite Absences.

  5. Step 6 Select the Section you want to enter attendance for Click on “Enter Attendance” next to the time and section columns. Check the Box for day(s) the student was Absent for the particular week.

  6. Step 7 Click “Show Total” button to check if you have entered the correct number of absences. After Checking you can click the “Submit” button. After submitting Click on the “Back” button to enter data for another section. After entering data for all sections you may Sign Out. You can also check the absences for previous weeks by clicking the “View Previous Weeks” button. The next page explains this feature. NOTE:Once absences are submitted you will not be able to change them on this page. To Change the absences you will have to fill out the Change of Absences Form, available on the DCC website at “Registration System Documentation” button.

  7. This page displays the absences of previous weeks. You can review each week here. You can also click on the “View Totals” button to view the records of each individual student. The View Totals page can be seen below.

  8. To issue a DN click on “DN List” on the Section Selection Page. Following is the DN List. Click on the Box under DN in the column. Then Click “Submit” button. After submitting, you may go “Back” or Sign Out.
