Washington Ave. Escondido, CA 92025 37-AA-0906 1 2 During the inspection asignificant number of vehicles had entered the self haul side of the transfer station building. One employee had to direct traffic, perform load checks and monitor operations Photo #1 was taken looking northeast. A small amount of soil was observed tracked onto Washington Avenue. Washington Ave. Escondido, CA 92025 37-AA-0906 3 The lower metal plates (3) behind the southeast push-wall were reinstalled to allow for additional support to minimize waste from traveling under the wall.
