  2. Acquisition/Joint venture opportunityin Bosnia and Herzegovina New Quarry Project (Architectural stone) “GELD” d.o.o. possesses a quarry site (2,5Ha), 6 kmfrom center of Mostar. In final stage of getting Concession Contract for exploitation. The site name is Mukoša. Local stone name is Tenelija and Miljevina (travertine – form of limestone).   4. Near “GELD” site location there is existing quarry, “Kamen-Dent”.They are more than 15 years in business, selling locally and to EU and USA. They have stone production line 1 km from there. GELD d.o.o. has signed Contract with that company, for business cooperation. ( Located cca 200 m from “GELD” site)

Basic facts • LGA Bautechnik, from Nürnberg, DE, had certified The Origin and Quality of Stone Materials; Stone source of GELD d.o.o. exactly corresponds the Mukoša typical quality of stone types locally named Tenelija and Miljevina, used for Old Bridge building • The Old Bridge was built in 16th century, by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent • The Old Bridgewith its two towers is the city’s most important cultural and historical feature, and is one of the most important historical features in BiH as a whole, as a cultural monument protected by UNESCO • Most of the agreements for starting operations were obtained, including City of Mostar Council approval • Studies have shown useful reserves 312 617 m3 of stone, in down to 16 m depth. The same structure of material is down to 600 m depth • The value of above quantity is determined to be 36 627 492, 00 KM /above 18 million EUR/ • Expected ROI is average 30%/year!Feasibility study to be finalized!

  9. About GELD d.o.o. Mostar • Company was formed in 2005., 50:50 owned by brothers Mario and Frane Božiković. Company posses land and roh-bau building on site that was roofed and consist of 4 apartments, 70m2 each. • Mario Božiković (1954.) is the owner of Mark 2 d.o.o. company in Croatia that is successfully in Panasonic telecommunication and air con-ditioning business since 1990. • Frane Božiković (1956.) is an artist with many exhibitions beside. (Paints, photographs, sculptures…)

GELD d.o.o. expectation from potential investor • Capital needed is around EUR 1 000 000, as support for remaining preliminary activities needed to finalize concession agreement with authorities in City of Mostar: mining and other studies, payment of 2-3 staff in development stage of project, purchase of basic equipment, digging and preparing surface for exploitation, start running business Proposed deal structure • Possible sell of agreed percentage in GELD business to strategic partner • Sources of financing expected to be in combination of shareholders equity and commercial loans granted to GELD. • GELD staff will provide support for local authorities, regulator, and other competent bodies.
