San Nicolas, Ed.D. • SCHOOL PROGRAM CONSULTANTS • 1. Facilitates the development, implementation, and application of School Board Policies that govern course offerings, program implementations, instructional materials/strategies used in the classroom and graduation requirements. • Conducts meetings and acts as liaison for the Division to other government agencies in matters relating to specialized areas and other programs of responsibilities. • Develops objectives, course of study and their guides, supplemental instructional materials and related assessment procedures. • Schedules, plans, and conducts trainings and workshops with teachers, aides and administrators. • 5. Works directly with coordinators, teachers, and teacher’s aides on the development of appropriate materials. • Writes grants and ensures effective implementation and compliance with federal regulations • Performs many additional curriculum related duties. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Responsible for all administrative support, personnel, and financial matters. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Oversees textbook processes: textbook orders, inventory, and reports. CLERK II First point of contact; answers telephones and maintains office filing system. LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Supervises daily activities of Center, programs, and staff; assists teachers in product of instructional materials, library education resources, and video library services; assists teachers in the use of Center’s equipment; and maintains inventory, budget preparations, Center’s accounts, purchases, and account balances. EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: Assists with daily operations; assists teachers in production of instructional materials, the use of the Center’s equipment, video library services; provides delivery of requested videos to all schools; and repairs computers and audio-visual equipment. BUILDING CUSTODIAN: Performs custodial duties; assists in daily operations; assists teachers in the use of Center’s equipment and video library services; and serves as a back-up for video delivery. PROGRAM COORDINATORS PC I: Assist in the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of specialty programs. PC II: Directs the planning, development, coordinates, and implementation of specialty programs. PC IV: Plans, coordinates, and implements specialty programs.
