CLINICAL PRESENTATION: CASE 166 year old female, underwent capsulectomy with removal of saline filled breast implant for pain at site of the implant with deviation of the implant towards the axilla in 2007. Patient underwent modified radical mastectomy followed by adjuvant chemotherapy for infiltrating ductal carcinoma in 1994 with breast reconstructive surgery with insertion of saline filled breast implant in 1999.

  3. CASE 2 • 65 year male • Enlarged abdominal and axillary lymph nodes • History of malignant melanoma excised from right chest wall 6 months back • Right Axillary Lymph Node Biopsy

Case 3 • 49 year old female, underwent liver transplant for Alagille Syndrome and Hepatitis C along with splenectomy in 1998. • Had a perforated bowel due to post ovarian cyst surgery with colostomy in 2006 • Patient was on cyclosporin and prednisone for anti-rejection therapy • In 2011, developed bilateral soft tissue thigh masses

  5. Case 4 • 23 year old male presents with large right axillary and supraclavicularlymphadenopathy; ? Reactive ? infectious
