  1. WELCOME! We’re glad you’re here!! Children are welcome in worship, or you may take them at any time to our staffed nursery (infant through 3 years).

  3. A nursery is available for both the 9:00 and 11:00 am services. Please see an usher for further information and location.

  4. In updating the prayer chain, we have decided to include an email group for those who would prefer email.  If you would like to receive notifications via email, please contact the church office or Cindy Sawyer (hmclsawyer@yahoo.com).  Thank you to all who keep Trinity and the needs of the church and its people in prayer!

  5. The church needs to spend approximately $12,660 to replace two air conditioning compressors and damage to the roof that was recently discovered. Please pray for the finances for these repairs! If you would like to contribute, please mark your donation “church repairs”. Thank you!

  6. Consecration Sunday is September 15. Plan now to attend the two important events: Sunday morning worship and the Celebration Luncheon immediately following 11:00 worship that same day. Please take a moment now to fill out the reservation card in your bulletin. You may place it in the offering plate or give it to one of the ushers this morning.

  7. UMW –Wells – We are less than $150 from having the $1,800 for well #22. All loose coins and any bills or checks marked for wells go to provide safe drinking water to communities where people previously walked miles to obtain contaminated water. Pictures of all of our wells are in the hallway behind the Sanctuary. Thanks you for your continued support.

  8. It's time to start planning for Bible Study in the fall. See bulletin insert for a list of classes being offered…

  9. It’s that time again! Thursday night dinners are starting back up on August 29, at 6 pm. There will be a meeting today, during coffee hour to set up our cooking schedule. Everyone is welcome to cook and certainly to eat. Any questions please call Diane on 410-599-8982.

  10. The Arundel House of Hope (AHH) needs to collect more than 80 blankets (twin and full size – NO comforters) for their Winter Relief Program. Used blankets should be in good condition. Donations may be brought to the church office. Trinity will be hosting a week in January and a week in February this winter. Dates to be announced.

  11. Body and Soul – Fall Session (12 Weeks) Starts Sept. 9 - Meeting at Trinity Church Mon, Wed, and Thur from 9:00 -10:30 am Best Investment – Your health Best Price – Cheaper than the gym Best All Around – Body and Soul Fitness – (cardio, strength training,and more) Contact Jackie Greene at 321-947-1154

  12. LIGHT HOUSE VOLUNTEERS Over the years, church members have asked how they can help on an individual basis. The Light House frequently does need individual volunteers for a special need. Read more in the bulletin or contact Ron Burdge at 410-757-2179 or ronburdge@msn.com

  13. Place your Light House Shelter donations of food and other nonperishable items in one of the two baskets located outside the sanctuary door and by the elevator.

  14. We are now beginning our plans for the annual ASP mission trip to Guyan Valley, West Virginia. DATE: September 25-September 29 Please call Bill Finagin to signup!

  15. Join us every Tuesday morning at 8am for PRAYER TIME FOR OUR TROOPS!

  16. You are invited to “PRAYER TIME FOR TRINITY” every Tuesday morning at 9:30 am.

  18. Hearing Devices are available in the Narthex AND in the hallway outside of the entrance to the Sanctuary for use during the worship services. Please see an usher if you need assistance.

  19. If you would like to have flowers placed on the altar in memory or in honor of a loved one, please sign up on the flower chart located in the hallway of the church outside of the sanctuary doors.

  20. TUMC Emergency Building Evacuation IF THE FIRE ALARM SOUNDS: REMAIN CALM Evacuate immediately using the nearest exit DO NOT RUN DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR Assist people with special needs in your area. Go to the designated assembly areas which are located in the parsonage front yard and Locust St. Parking lot.

  21. TUMC Emergency Building Evacuation cont. DO NOT GO TO THE NURSERY OR SUNDAY SCHOOL for your children. They will be immediately escorted to the Locust St. designated assembly area. DO NOT GO TO YOUR AUTOMOBILE or attempt to move it from the parking lot. This could hinder access by emergency vehicles. Do not congregate near the building exits or in the parking lot or driveway. Do not reenter the building until an “All Clear” signal is given by emergency personnel.
