  3. What does my student owe? • Bill Available on-line 24/7 via MyInfo • Student has access, and can go over this with you • FERPA form– talk with a real live person! • Have your student sign you up as an “authorized payer” How do we pay? No Financial Aid/Financial Aid

How do we pay if we are NOT receiving aid/scholarships? • Look on-line at the Web Bill Summary or QuikPay • Make sure everything looks accurate-- Web Bill is most up to date • QuikPay may not reflect changes made that day • Charges will be posted after July 1st • Pay by August 12th via Web or mail • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or e-check • Pay in person at the cashiers’ windows • Cash, check, credit card • Tuition Payment Plan • Student completes application • Four installments, $30 fee per semester, no interest • First installment due by August 12th

Is the payment process different if receiving aid or scholarships? • Confirm that all aid awarded is reflected on the “pmt/credit” side of Web Bill or in QuikPay • Contact the Financial Aid office if aid is not showing as expected • Pay balance owing by August 12theither in full or in fourths with Tuition Payment Plan • First installment due Aug 12th • If financial aid is greater than the bill • “Confirm” bill– to let us know you’ve reviewed, it is accurate, and MSU can release the financial aid check • MSU issues a payment to the student • Mailed to address in MyInfo or via • Direct Deposit if set up in QuikPay!

Recap • Every student must do one of the following: Pay fees by August 12th (either in full or first installment of Tuition Payment Plan) -OR- “Confirm” bill if they owe nothing • Decide whether to enroll in MSU’s or Other Insurance Plan • Become a QuikPay Authorized Payer! • Choose Electronic 1098-T • Choose Direct Deposit
