  1. Basic responsibilities of a chef in any Hotel or Restaurants Chef or Head Chef is the main person in any hotel and restaurants. They prepare foods in any hotel and at the other places where the food is served by the hotel. They maintain the kitchen activities or resolve the concerns related to food. There are some duties of the Chefs which are described below. Check the freshness, quality and ingredients of the food Manage and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers in the kitchens Prepare food recipes and determine how to present dishes in front of the customers. Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals in the kitchens. The chefs inspect the supplies of the food, Equipments and the kitchen areas for the cleanliness and proper functionality. They Chefs hire or supervise the other workers which prepare foods for the customers.

  2. These are the various responsibilities or the duties of the chefs who are working in any Hotel or restaurant. If there are any people who have the experience in the preparation of the food in any hotel, then he/she can easily get his job in the New Zealand.
