  7. September 2011: School material collected for ChamogelotouPaidiou Our employees donated school material on a voluntary basis. We collected 8864 items! A volunteer team helped in the organization of the materials, which was delivered by employees to ChamogelotouPaidiou premises in Maroussi.

  8. Christmas 2011: Product donations to low income families with employee participation The company donated Nestlé products: coffee, breakfast cereals, puree, confectionary. On the same day, the employees of head office and the 4 factories were invited to fill in the Christmas goodie bags and sent a wish to families in need, as their Christmas act of good will. The goodie bags were distributed to 800 low income families through the social services of the areas where our head office and factories are located, as well as through selected NGOs.

  9. March 2012: Books collected for the primary school library of Vonitsa On the occasion of the 3rd Water Care Festival, where Nestlé is celebrating by inviting the students of the neighboring schools to spend a day at the factory of the natural mineral water Korpi and learn about hydration and water preservation through interactive games, employees donated more than 100 children books for the school libraries. The books were delivered by the proud factory team to the schools a little after the 3rd Water Care Festival.

May 2012: Multi-product promotional campaign For 3rd year in row, the in store materials of our multi-product promotional campaign were put with the assistance of 250 volunteers from all Nestlé departments. This way we all had the opportunity for a market visit, cross functional collaboration and sales team experience.

  11. June 2012: SOS Villages support through products and more In reference to the multi-product promotional campaign, Nestlé Hellas will support the Greek SOS Villages (Attica, Salonika, Thraki) by covering their needs in Nestlé products for one year. Although the product delivery is arranged by the company, employees are encouraged to deliver part of the products in order to visit the SOS Village of Vari and raise their awareness on the cause. The children of SOS Villages are invited to a factory tour in Nestlé Ice Cream factory in Tavros. Employee volunteers will act as safety team for the visit. As the leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company, Nestlé will deliver an event on the benefits of a healthy breakfast to the children of SOS Village in Vari, where volunteers will participate in the organization of the event.
