  2. Reina Estates Case: CDR-11-09-224 Project: Reina Estates PD aka The Estates at Lake Clarice - Appeal of DRC Decision Appellant:Apex Group II Applicant:James E. Shepherd, Reina Estates PD aka The Estates at Lake Clarice District: 1 Request: To consider an appeal of the Development Review Committee’s decision to deny a request to allow a deck/observation platform on Lake Clarice.

  4. Reina Estates Action Requested • Uphold the Development Review Committee’s Recommendation to deny the request to allow a deck/observation platform (dock) on Lake Clarice.

  5. Reina Estates Conditions of Approval 1. The deck/observation platform shall be reduced in total length from 165’ to 115’. 2. Owner/Applicant shall make application and commence modification of the deck/observation platform in accordance with these conditions within 60 days of Board approval, or this approval shall be null and void. 3. The mooring or launching of boats or watercraft from any portion of the deck/observation platform shall be prohibited. 4. Access to boats or watercraft from any portion of the deck/observation platform is prohibited. 5. The deck/observation platform is restricted to observation and leisure use only.

  6. Reina Estates Conditions of Approval Cont’d. • In light of the unique circumstances surrounding this particular case, this approval only applies to 4212 Clarice Estates Drive, and shall not be construed or interpreted to mean that the Board finds that a deck/ observation platform is consistent with the Reina Estates PD/PSP condition prohibiting boat docks and boat ramps on Lake Clarice.

  7. Lake Hugh Estates PSP Case:CDR-11-08-204 Project:Lake Hugh Estates Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) Substantial Change District:1 Request:To consider a substantial change to the Lake Hugh Estates PSP to convert the 4-lot gated residential subdivision to a public subdivision.
