  3. Who we are • Users just like you • Not a part of DTIC or controlled by DTIC • Council consists of nine members • Represents DoD agencies, DoD contractors, and other Federal agencies • Elected to two year terms • Five on odd numbered years, four on even numbered year

  4. What we do • Act as liaison between DTIC and users • Advocate DTIC products and services • Listen to and address the needs and concerns of users • Pass along important information concerning current DTIC developments • Act as beta testers for new products
